I’m David Farrow, and for over 20 years I’ve been helping individuals and small businesses in Marin County make the most of their Apple technology.
I started Creative Goose because I kept seeing the same problem: smart, capable people running their businesses on a Mac, without anyone in their corner when things went wrong; or to make sure things didn’t go wrong in the first place.
Most of the people I work with are self-employed. They’re consultants, therapists, financial advisors, creatives, and other professionals who’ve built something for themselves. They’re good at what they do. Technology is supposed to support that, not get in the way of it.

I’m David Farrow, and for over 20 years I’ve been helping individuals and small businesses in Marin County make the most of their Apple technology.
I started Creative Goose because I kept seeing the same problem: smart, capable people running their businesses on a Mac, without anyone in their corner when things went wrong; or to make sure things didn’t go wrong in the first place.
Most of the people I work with are self-employed. They’re consultants, therapists, financial advisors, creatives, and other professionals who’ve built something for themselves. They’re good at what they do. Technology is supposed to support that, not get in the way of it.
How I work
I take the time to understand how you actually use your technology before I recommend anything. That means my suggestions fit the way you work, not the other way around. I’m not here to upsell you on hardware you don’t need or complicate things unnecessarily. The goal is always to make your work easier, faster, and more secure, with as little friction as possible. Think of it as having a knowledgeable friend in your corner who happens to know everything about Macs. Someone you can call when something’s wrong, but who’s also looking out for you the rest of the time.

Since the early 2000s, I’ve been supporting Apple technology in Marin County, through every major shift in the Mac platform: from PowerPC to Intel to Apple Silicon, and from on-premises systems to cloud-first workflows.
I’ve worked with everyone, from solo professionals and home offices to multi-location small businesses. That breadth of experience means I’ve seen most problems before, and I know how to solve them efficiently.

Most IT consultants treat Apple as an afterthought; a platform they support alongside Windows, but don’t specialize in. I built Creative Goose around Apple specifically because that’s what my clients use, and that depth of focus matters.
